Oak Street Villas

I've been living here for over 8 years now. Great place to live and enjoy the restaurants right in town and nice long walks with your pups. Everything is pretty close - dog parks, beach, restaurants, all shopping stores are within a few miles; walmart, target, home depot/lowes, meat farms, etc. The office staff has changed since I've lived here and all for the better. Susan is amazing. She's very helpful and James handles the maintenance. He's great. If you need something taken care of, he is right on it. The rental cost is great for Long Island, especially with having a washer/dryer in our unit.

I've been living at the Oak Street Villas for going on 7 years now and I personally love this spot. You have you an assigned parking space in front of your unit, the units are spacious, modern, and have all the essential amenities as well as some bonus ones (i.e. the freezer has a ice maker!). The property is maintained on a scheduled basis so the area is always looking clean & sharp. Management has always been kind and responsive when I've approached them requesting help. My dryer was once making a weird sound and I asked if someone could take a look. Property maintenance got back to me within a day or so and already had someone scheduled to come out and take a look. I couldn't be happier and quite frankly, I couldn't be luckier landing in such a nice complex with such nice people managing it.

Ive been living at oak street villas since day one. I love it there and have many places in walking distance. My apartment after 7 years still looks brand new and the staff has been wonderful to me!!!! Susan and james are friendly helpful and very accomodating to the tennants needs!!!!!

I've been here for a few years. My neighbors are great. The apartments are located in the the village, walk to bar/restaurant a +. Office is good & maintenance guy is easy goin gets its done. Rent isn't bad for the size of the apartment, bedroom is large.
