Nit a bad place to live, but of course the rent keeps going up just like everywhere else. I only say that because this is LOW income housing and the prices are starting to get out of control. If only there were a cap or exception for rent increases in LOW income apartments.

I have lived here for a year and a half and never really had any problems. The parking sometimes is a struggle but I have never not found parking. The office and maintenance respond quickly and efficiently and work orders are done quickly as well.
