Pros & cons

Pros: they are willing to work with you, nice location, neighbors awesome, units are spacious. Cons: The biggest issue with this complex is the staff. I have experienced big overturn in office staff. Some staff tell lies to cover their tales or reduce their workload. Others don't care they block you from contacting Corporate with complaints. So it has increased MY workload of having to hold the staff to more professional standards with tenants. The amenities have not been open for use in over a year.. they say the pool needs a pump, I guess it hasn't made yet.

terrible property

This is one of the worse places I've ever lived. Management is nasty. They take weeks to fix anything. They always do a half job.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, whose total combined weight is less than 40 lbs at maturity, per apartment are permitted. Dogs whose breed or dominant breed weight exceeds 40 pounds at maturity are not accepted. The following breeds or partial breeds are not permitted: Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Akitas, Dobermans, Chows, German shepherds and Australian shepherds. Exotic animals and reptiles are not accepted. Additional restrictions may apply. Guide, service, support and signal dogs are not considered pets and are permitted to reasonably accommodate a leaseholder or occupant with a disability. All animals must be photographed by management before approval.  A $150 deposit and $150 fee per pet will be required along with $15 monthly pet rent.
