I wish the parking spaces where alittle bigger.. when i open my car door i always hit the other car next to me.. and I wish there’s a to limit how many cars are allowed to each apartment so i wont have to park so far away from my building.. because there’s some cars that don’t ever move or some families have at least a minimum of three cars and only move one car so they always stay close to the building or maybe have asigned parking..

my husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are happy to call it home. the office staff is very helpful and professional. the maintenance guys are FANTASTIC! they are quick to come and take care of any problems and always with a smile and a great attitude. the landscaping looks great (except right now, after a summer with blistering heat and no rain!!). the landscape crew comes every week at least one day and mows and blows all leaves and debris away. again, very professional and friendly. the amenities are good. beautiful pool and updated and clean fitness center. there is also a very nice covered outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating, along with a fire pit. very conveniently located to austin, cedar park, and leander, and within walking distance of banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

The area outside was kept very clean, no trash the grass was well maintained. Very nice staff
