Property is good and a good value. I love my apartment itself. But everything falls apart with time. All staff here are slow to respond if at all. When moving in, office staff made the process very difficult. I have put in several maintenance requests for important issues, for example: my apt water heater needed to be lit, my apt refrigerator is barely cooler than room temperature and my apt light fixtures will not switch off, but it has been over a month and I've not gotten any assistance regarding these issues. I am very thankful for my apartment, and with the right staff and management, I would have absolutely no complaints.

Too much noice from neighbors on top of my apartment

Happy to live here, staff is great. Only problem is some tenants don't comply with disposing trash properly, noisy mufflers, loud music. No respect to others who might be bothered by noise. Tenants not cleaning after their dogs.

I have been living here a year already and never had any problems. Staff is very friendly. Maintenance does take long to respond sometimes, but then again they are shorthanded for a big complex. So far my needs have been met, ladies at the office try their best to accommodate tenants.
