We live on the governent, Son Disabled. me retired>health problems. We are paying over $15 hundred dollars monthly. These are government apartments and Creekpoint lowered the price many times.

The staff has always been friendly, but the neighbors are sometimes noisy, especially my upstairs neighbor, and they don't respect other people's sleep. I think they should be stricter with the rules.

I really like the complex, the staff is nice BUT my upstairs neighbor is so noisy...it's like they're practicing flamenco or running upstairs at night. Most of the time the building is clean, but I have seen diapers and garbage on the floor and stairs. I do not have any complaints about anything else, thanks.
