The apartments have been remodeled but i think they can remodel the bedroom carpet and other things.

i do like it but i barely even see the Maintenace men doing anything i havent even seen them walking around or in the go karts doing anything thats my only issue.

Would enjoy more if neighbors above would be more respectful that someone lives below and make their kids not jump and run all day and sound like they're about to come thru the ceiling
