Pets allowed. We offer pet-friendly apartments in Austin, Texas, so your furry friends are welcome! Domesticated pets (up to 2 per dwelling) are allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee per pet, paid in full before move-in.   Pets must undergo a visual inspection, adhere to community policies, and meet qualifications outlined in our Pet Addendum, including our restricted breeds list. Management reserves the right to update these policies. Proof of vaccinations is required; puppies under one year are not permitted. Violations may incur fines per the TAA Lease Contract and AHM Rules.  Qualified Service/Assistance animals are exempt from restrictions on type, breed, number, or weight. A completed Pet Addendum, documentation from a healthcare professional, and vaccination records are required before bringing the animal into the dwelling. Violations may result in fines as outlined in the TAA Lease Contract and AHM Rules.

I've been living here since these apartments was first built. Over the last couple of years the people in the office has bad customer service. Don't like requesting many repairs due to many different maintenance men coming in and out residents apartment makes a person feel uncomfortable. The amenities the apartment offers is unusable like the exercise room, the pool. Other residents are not cleaning up behind their pets. And for the last two years I've been trying get lights in the back parking lot for our safety.

We have been living here going on 3 years and we have nothing but good things to say. Yes the maintenance can delay but its due to them being short staff. I have never had a problem with the staff. Neighbors are very quiet at night and good during the day.

THIS PLACE IS LITERRALY FALLING APART FROM TEH INSIDE OUT. STAFF DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONES EVER!! MANY OF THE APARTMENTS HAVE UNADDRESSED MOLD ISSUES AND LEAKS THEY DO NOT FIX IN A TIMELY MANNER. APPLIANCES DO NOT GET FIXED WHEN THEY HAVE ISSUES. NO AMMENITIES HAVE EVER BEEN AVAILABLE TO USE. THE OUTSIDE FIRST FLOOR CEILING UNDER SOME OF THE UPSTAIRS WALKWAYS ARE CRUMBLING AS WELL AS THE ACTUAL CONCRETE ON THE STAIR WAYS AND NOBODY HAS FIXED ANYTHING EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS FROM LOTS OF NEIGHBORS

I have lived here with my daughter since the end of January/ beginning of February 2022. We love the size of our apartment, that it comes with a washer and dryer, and that the location is pretty close to all of our needs. We like most of our neighbors but, sure are thankful we live in the front of the property. I expected rent to be less since it is an income restricted property but, it is better than others. The pool hasn't been open at all, including when it was 100 degree weather... which isn't cool because aren't we paying to have that amenity? I appreciate having a roof over our head but, this property could be doing so much better with the right management.

There is no organization in the office and they have been understaffed for way to long. There is no permanent maintenance at all.
