FOR MANY YEARS, MAINTENANCE HAS NEGLECTED OUR NEEDS WHILE THEIR HEAD MAINTENANCE MAN ADAM, DUCKS INTO THE GIRL WITH THE DOGS APARTMENT AT 179 AS SHE ATTENDS TO HIS PLUMBING INSTEAD OF HIM ATTENDING TO OURS. MANAGMENT SEEMS TO KNOW BUT APPARENTLY DOES NOT CARE. THIS MAINTENANCE PERSON LIVES ON SITE WITH HIS FAMILY AND GIRLFRIEND......NO SHAME ON EITHER THE PART OF MJ PETERSON OR THE PEOPLE INVOLVED.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to live! Love the bike and walking paths, the ponds, the woods and the proximity to Rite Aid, Dollar General and Getzville Plaza. Also, the proxcimity to all major Highways! Cannot beat the location!!!!
