I would love to take this time to recommend The Sundridge Townhouses. I have been living here for almost two years now, and the place is very cozy and amazing, and it's close to many shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, libraries, car washes, and more. If something isn't working, you can call or submit a ticket, and the maintenance team will come to your home and fix it right away. I really want to give an A+ to this team, because they deserve it. I also wanted to recognize the management team as they are always nice and friendly, and they make sure you do not just live there, but that you could call home the place you're renting. Good location, nice space for the price but the appliances are old and dont always work.

Before I even moved in getting maint to do anything has been impossible. My leasing agent spent the 3 months before I moved in trying to get cleaning and basic repairs done, and then when I finally moved in I had a list of things that needed to be handled. Getting that taken care of was a chore with multiple calls into the maint department required over the course of 3 weeks. After finally getting someone out they kind of fixed most of them, and ignored quite a few of the other ones. I've since had a couple minor maint issues that have gone ignored despite repeated call ins to get it handled. I'm just accepting that this rental agency is a slumlord and has no interest in actually maintaining their properties.

Front Door to the Apartment Building has been ripped off hinge several times...but has been fixed within a few days each time. Washers and Dryers are often broken and I do not think the 2nd Dryer has ever worked in the almost 3 years i have lived there. Price is reasonable
