Review I

Love the staff, hate the downtown parking situation. There's a parking lot, yet im not sure, but you and any friends have to pay to park. Mostly quiet, sometimes loud rarely. Need better security at night. Maintenance takes a few days fo respond. The staff is my favorite but i want every other categories standards be as high and met as staff.

Great location, but staff only available 3 times a week

I have lived here for over 2 years. Love the location and utilities included in the rent. However, being a senior on a fixed income, my rent is 2/3's of my income and each yearly increase is high. Maintenance is very prompt in responding to requests. Staff is only on site 3 days out of the week but it is getting better with new management. Previously, it was hard to get hold of office staff.
