Norwood Square Apartments is a senior independent living community. We are within walking distance to churches, library, medical clinic, drug store and a bank. The Anoka Traveler provides service once a week to take residents grocery shopping, and every apartment is equipped with a medical pull cord in case of emergency. At Norwood Square, qualifying seniors aged 62 or better only pay approximately 30% of adjusted gross income for rent.
Norwood Square is currently accepting applications for the 1-bedroom waitlists. Completed applications must be received by mail or returned to the management office. All qualified prospects will be placed on our Wait List.
