I have lived here almost 2 years now. It is a great neighborhood where children are comfortable enough to play. THe in-apartment amenities are convenient, and the living space is great. The only thing I would recommend is to keep to yourself more or less until you know better who your neighbors are, but that is true of any neighborhood.

I've lived at Care Housing at Provincetowne for 5 years and have never really had any issues. Maintenance is very prompt. Communication with property management could use improvement and have not been able to get my carpet or appliances replaced as this unit is over 10 years old. Otherwise it's a pretty great place to live and affordable!

Maintenance staff is friendly and willing to help. However, management is either nonresponsive, or provide platitudes only. They appear to be purposeful in their obfuscation of tenant complaints when asking them to address issues.

I have been here for almost a year. The apartment is lovely, nice washing machine, etc., high ceilings and wood floors. The maintenance people are really personally good people too and I have never had to wait long for a response. My ESA dog loves it here, too. She gets anxious in loud environments, and it is remarkable she will walk around the neighborhood at all.
