The tenants who have lived in the community for a while have not received the upgrades as the new tenants have. Thus older tenants are paying more for less.

My Apartments are bomb.com they are just the best the complex is so beautiful the landscaping is beautiful and all the neighbors are friendly its just a big family community!!! The manager Josephine is so Awesome and the Stafff is just Great I love them all!!!??????

26 year resident. Seen lots of changes and not necessarily for the better. Weight room removed and turned into a business center that has to be shared with the YMCA. Overhead parking stall storage areas was taken out and we now have no storage. The already limited parking spaces keep being reserved for office/maintenance use only. Used to be able to use the community area in the office but it got new furniture and rental of that area was discontinued. Coin op laundry rooms went to cards and then with no warning the card system was changed and the card you may have had money on was no longer active. We used to have staff in the rental office 7 days a week and now we are down to 5 with late start/early close days included. Also decided to give the staff off extended vacation for the holidays with little to no warning with only emergency needs able to be met. Then there is the constant need to enter our homes for various reasons with little (but within legal guidelines) notification. They don't tell us when the scheduled visits are postponed either. Some apartments have carpet and others don't and if you request the carpet to be removed you get put "on the list" multiple times. If you get an apt on the perimeter of the complex you will hear lots of traffic from the cars on the streets (Foothill and/or Hellman) That being said, the staff is nice, and the location is central to a lot of schools, parks, shopping and restaurants.

The arparmwnt communit is well kept and the staff is profexxand feieindly. There is NEVER a long waint for maintenance to arrive, The downside is that the apartments are old, so the same problems are being repaired, such as electro outlets not working. Alothough outdates, the solar panels and new energy saving water heaters arw a huge plus. Some of the places for improvement: The call box oitside if the entry gate has never worked and was “under repair” when I moved in 4 years ago. The management team is professional and courteous, but not timely on sending out notices and plan-changes. For instance, the stairs were being repired in a specific day. They changed the day and did not inform me, so i dis not plan on being out. This has also happened with inspection dates and community gatherings. There was a technology class being offers, but the flyer was placed on my door the day after. Thise are not major complaints, but they are consistent.
