I lived here for 10 years, this complex is always updating inside and outside the building, from painting, cleaning, repairing, this makes the building look clean and a nice area to live in, they have security and its gated, management and team are always attentive to the needs of my apartment and response on emergencies quickly. The complex is also in walking distance to many places like, the Broad, Disney Concert hall, Union Station, Olvera Street, Elysian park, Dodger stadium, gym, and many restaurants as well. Thank you to management and maintenance team for the great work and effort to maintain a nice and clean environment for all the tenants. Keep up the good work.

Everything is good but sometimes it takes to long for repairs, i been dealing with air conditioner for over 4 years. I’d licking when in use and getting mold around it, and to much noise as well as the dishwasher, never work since a star living here and couldn’t been fixed, other than this two. I like to live here. The manager is a great person and very knowledgeable. Thank you

The rules for parking have something not make sense. 1. Only 1 vehicle per licensed Resident is allowed--Most families has more than 1 vehicle 2. All vehicles must be registered at the Management office-- I tried to register more than 1 vehicle for getting extra parking permits. However, no response from the Management Therefore, the parking rule make residents feel not comfortable. They are not allowed freely use of their own parking space for their own vehicles. Too many restrictions.
