Gatewood Village Review

The location of these apartments are great. Its a very quiet community with lots of good amenities. Amazon lockers are amazing. The transition to a new management team has been a little tough. They aren’t as responsive as the old team.

Haven’t seen maintenance since the transition cleaning the surrounding. Dog poo everywhere. Trash is overflowing daily. Tenants barbecuing on their patios and smoking

Living at the Gatewood Community

I love the location of the apartment. It's close to my work place, shopping centers and essential service providers.

Mostly positive

It has been for the most part a positive experience living here. However, within the last lear the cleanliness has gotten poorer. I often see random dog poop and trash littering the streets around and in the complex.
