My living here is very good, the only problem I have is with the parking. My daughter can't visit me because of the parking problem.

Apartment complex is beautiful but there is quite a few maintenence issues and staff seems friendly but the communication with them can be better.

3-16-2023. the communication with tenants has decreased tremendously. this complex will notify you of "lease violations", but does not notify you when repairs are occurring on the property. for the past few weeks this complex, Sycamore Springs, has been doing repairs on the property which require for the hot water to be turned off and on intermittently. Hot water is being turn off in the middle of showers. The hot water is also needed for HVAC to heat the home. No notification or timeframe notifications from management has been distributed.

We have lived here going on 3 years. We enjoy it. I believe Sycamore Springs is a safe place to live. The people here are friendly. The grounds are kept impeccable by the staff. We have made a few friends here and that makes for even a better experience. We are on the 1st story. We have been able to add some plants (a lttle bit hard to believe_not the results were are used to geting). The plants are going strong. It is nice to sit our there with friends, familiy and tenets.
