Noise

The complex is older and remodeled. Noise is easily heard from each side and above the units. Tenants like myself have to be understanding to live here you will hear noise. If that isn't tolerable then other housing accommodations should be explored. Asking tenants to purchase noise dampener or outer accessories to suppress sound is excessive with today's rent prices. Living at the properties is other wise pleasant. The amenities, parking, maintenance, and living space are great in comparison to other properties offering the same.

After taking on a promotional opportunity coming to the state of WI i settled down to select the Reserve for my new home. I chose this location due to amenities, location, price, and the southern feel of a home over a apartment.

Great so far

Overall, the Reserve is a great place to live! We just moved in and are excited for the summer time in Wauwatosa & to enjoy the pool. The maitenance staff is quick and responsive. The leasing office is great and very helpful. Our only complaint is the apartment is definity not sound proof. We can hear every step our upstairs neighbor is making at all hours of the day.
