The apartment is nice, staff is helpful and professional, the gym is a good size, coffee bar is always fully stocked with variety, good options for parking. 5/5 stars in tosa

Parking has been left unsecured twice in our time here resulting in my vehicle being broken into and stolen once and my husband's car windows begin smashed the second. Management does not follow up with complaints or picks and chooses which residents will get follow ups and inconsistently enforces rules. Building is directly behind a loud factory that runs 6 days a week. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE

The Reef is a great place overall and in a good location. Things i think they could improve is the maintenance of amenities and the pool area. As well as upgrades to amenities.

I love the amenities at the reef. The pool area and the grill and firepit are my favorite. I do wish we had pool chairs with cushions as they would be more comfortable and mroe aesthetically pleasing. The noice levels arent too bad given there are a lot of dogs in the buildings.
