Cats allowed. Dolphin Square is proud to provide feline-friendly apartment living in Wauwatosa. We realize your cat is a part of your family and warmly welcome your cat to our community. We would love to meet your cat before they move in. Cat resumés are encouraged but not required. Dolphin Square allows cats and requires a one-time, non-refundable $400 fee per cat. Each cat must pay $40 rent per month.

We know there are other apartments available in the Wauwatosa area, but we urge you to keep in mind the important differences that set Dolphin Square apart as one of the best places to live in the entire metropolitan area. Ten years ago, we pioneered a no smoking policy to insure greater safety and comfort for all residents. Individually controlled heat and gas are included in the rent.

Dolphin Square Apartments is a nice place to live. The location is convenient and the apartments are newly renovated. The staff are kind and maintain is prompt. Overall is fine place.

Lived here for two and half years. Experience has been ok. Price has increased significantly. Indoor parking is a plus. Fairly quiet, but gets loud on occasion.

Living at Dolohin Square has been a positive experience. I moved in to an updated unit & it is beautiful. The underground (free) parking is an awesome perk! It is a relatively quiet apartment and great for many types of people (i.e couples, families, students, working person). It is pet friendly upon approval. Lastly, the location is unmatched as it is close to the freeways & you can get to places quickly.

Dolphin Square is in a GREAT location. The units are nice, parking is great and I have never had an issue with any noise or maintenance request that I have put in. The staff is also very friendly and understanding. One of the downsides is that the laundry is only quarters which can be annoying.
