Do not be deceived by appearance

Don’t be duped by the beauty of these apartments. The apartments are beautiful but everything else is lackluster. The ceilings leak, the walls are thin and you’ll be burning through your cash paying for heat in winter. These apartments are incredibly drafty. There were several days last winter we couldn’t get our thermostat to heat higher than 66 (which is just in the hallway, it’s colder in the main room with the vaulted ceilings.) The heat vents are also located in the bedrooms as wellas the main room, so if you close the door to your bedroom the heat will not reach the hallway and continue to pour into the bedroom, we can’t sleep with the door closed if the heat is running. The heat also doesn’t come red into the bathrooms, so they’re miserable in winter. The giant windows will prevent you from sleeping in the mornings, the train rattles the building when it goes by at 2 and 4 am. And to top it off, the building manager is a nightmare, a complete opposite of what impact seven values according to their website. People often smoke in their apartments and it comes through the vents.

Poor for what you pay for

Thin walls, high heat cost due to bad insulation, overpriced for what your getting. Tenants smoke gets it gets into our apartment. It is one of the most disappointing places I’ve ever rented. Aesthetically pretty but that’s it.
