The grounds are not kept up..bushes dead, ground tore up, paint peeling off garge, mold on buildings where sun doesnt hit

Custer village review

When we first moved here, everything was great. Since it seems theres been a decline in maintainace quality and snow removal. We had issues with the maintainace crew, and when we emailed the head of the maintenance about the issue, they didn’t seem like they were able to comprehend the issue. We stated the issue as such multiple times, and they, in return, would try to also mention the issue, but would get it wrong each time (3 times). Example, we leave our bathroom door closed, to prevent our cats from getting into things in the bathroom. We told them about our cats in the request form. That info was either ignored or not passed on to the maintainance crew. The crew then left our bathroom door open when they left our apartment, and our cats got into things in our bathroom. They then countered our emails saying, “We didnt know that you were keeping your cats locked in the bathroom.” Uh, we weren’t keeping them in the bathroom, we were trying to keep them out of the bathroom. Which was stated numerous times in previous emails. Also, they said they leave apartments as found, and leaving the bathroom door open isnt doing that. As I said, when we first moved here, everything was great. Since it seems theres been a steep drop off, and as far as maintaince, there is a lack of accountability.
