A fee for everything. Next it'll be oxygen in the living room. Tenants do whatever they want... Park wherever, smoke let their trash litter the common hallway. With all the salt we're lucky to get the halls vacuumed twice a month. I moved from a 20 year old apartment and they've had to fix stuff here more in a year than three at the old place. Constant traffic on Riverview and the speeders in the parking lot.

This place has so much potential but the appliances are in extremely poor condition, barely functioning and caked in layers of mold. Additionally, the overwhelming stench of cigarettes and pot makes is nauseating and hard to escape.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I don't have many complaints about this place. It is pretty expensive and there is almost no parking next to my building. It is good construction and the maintenance people are always very timely with order requests.
