I enjoy living at Hearthstone
The Hearthstone apartments have been a great home. My apartment is pretty spacious and has valued ceilings, large living spaces, and in-unit laundry, which is a must for me. The community is tucked back away from the main street so everyday noise is minimal. There is some freeway noise when the windows are open, but it's not bad and easily tuned out. The apartments themselves seem very insulated so the only neighbor noise I get is when they are REALLY loud. The only interactions that I have had with the office staff have been positive. They are quick to respond and answer any questions. The one downside is that there isn't a pool. With all the other positives though, that's not a huge deal.
I feel safe here and have good neighbors.
I have been here for 5 years and will stay here.
Over Rated for Location
Major concern of late is removal of vegetation in front of windows and throughout the property. Also with said, is price coming down for rent? Also the lawn mowing bill has to of dropped, water bill and usage has to of come down, but rents are still going up or status quo. Furthermore, parking has always been an issue since moving in. The lack of regulation of who can park in the lot and so forth.
Exceeded my expectations
Relocated here from San Diego sight unseen. I put a lot of trust in Hearthstone to be a good location. When I arrived, the place was perfectly landscaped, quiet, and tucked away from busy streets! Mike the manager helped me out with my walkthrough and every concern I had was dealt with same day (missing footboard behind one of the doors and master bath water pressure was low compared to the rest of the house’s water pressure) The place is consistently maintained and all the neighbors are nice as well as quiet. The only con would be the contrast of the neighborhood compared to directly outside
