Brand new + downtown.. doesn't get much better than that

This is a pet friendly apartment building in downtown Spokane. The maintenance employees and staff are excellent. The building is brand new and very clean. Building parking is minimal but there are plenty of options nearby. Good amenities for the price, including a community terrace with fireplace, and indoor community lounge area with couches and flatscreen TVs. Overall I am very happy that I live here.
