I just moved in and the property manager Trina is amazing. The places inside are Beautiful!

I have lived here for 18 months, 3 months ago, a new upstairs neighbor moved in. They are constantly stomping on the floor (my ceiling) throughout the day. Since I work overnight, I try to sleep in afternoon/early evening. But i haven't been able to sleep well. I informed apartment office several times, however it still continues to be an issue on a daily basis.
