Seems like property managers change every 3 months and don’t relay information to the next one. Makes it difficult. Also right next to an automobile shop that has clapped out pickups in and out all the time that make a lot of noise.

a couple issues my roommate and u have here, is noise and parking! I have been kept up by my neighbor snoring in the apartment across from us nearly every night since their move in, and it is severe. Also the parking! if you get home fairly late at night, theres typically no parking left and you have to park clearl past the mailbox ! however! the new management/fill in management has been so incredibly helpful to my roommate and I trying to figure out some troubles and concerns we’ve had and we appreciate them very much !

Don’t live here unless you want to pay crazy random fees and never have the correct utilities. Always “reimbursing” utilities that are incorrect.
