great place to live
my boyfriend and i moved in, in december and have loved it here, its quiet and no one bothers us and everyone is really friendly
Parking and Neighbors
Parking situation is abysmal. The new ground floor neighbors smoke on their patio out front of building 3, so the area constantly stinks of cigarettes. The same new neighbors let their dog run around off leash and shout at it late at night. They also don't clean up their dog's feces.
Decent experience
Management is slow and unresponsive. Poor parking and noisy with the dogs but overall I enjoyed my time here due to lication
Canyon Bluff
Honestly the apartments themselves are fine. The people that run this place have no consideration for the people that live there and it is so disorganized. The price of these apartments are also much more than the local area. A studio there is the same price as a one bedroom just up the road.
