I have been living here for a month, and love how close I am to city life, yet I feel so tucked away. Staff is always kind and understanding, and though it took awhile for a maintence request to be filled, that had more to do with ordering than the staff. Once part came in, things were fixed quickly. Open Parking around my building is very limited, making it difficult for guests.

The team working here is genuine and active, the veiws are beautiful, mostly secluded area but still close to Spokane, older buildings. We have been here for a year and honestly if life would let us stay I would. If anything broke the maintenance team was always there for us, very professional, knowledgeable, and family friendly. Front office was always very supportive, direct, and also proactive to the needs of everyone here.

Parking situation is abysmal. The new ground floor neighbors smoke on their patio out front of building 3, so the area constantly stinks of cigarettes. The same new neighbors let their dog run around off leash and shout at it late at night. They also don't clean up their dog's feces.

Management is slow and unresponsive. Poor parking and noisy with the dogs but overall I enjoyed my time here due to lication
