nice place to live
we have lived here for over a year and signed another years lease the amenities are wonderful semi quiet overall we are not expecting to move for a very long time.
Ideal
I've lived her for over a year now and I've really enjoyed it. If you don't have a garage, parking can be a hassle but I got on the wait list for a garage and only had to wait a couple of months. My neighbors are friendly and I've had no problems other than someone parking in front of my garage, preventing me from getting to work. The one bedroom apartment I have is great though, and spacious. There's a half bath for guests so they don't have to come into my bedroom to use the restroom. The living room is huge AND there's still a designated space for a dining area for a table and chairs. The location is great, close to airway heights where there's plenty of stores to do grocery shopping. Downtown Spokane is only about 15 minutes away which is great for nights you wanna hit the bars since ordering rides will be cheaper. Considering what other apartments (especially new ones) are offering for the the price they're demanding, ICA are ideal. The apartments are older so they're better built and if you have dogs or just like being outside, there's a walking trail that's about a ten minute walk away. Overall, I recommend living here. Any problems I have had are either due to inconsiderate neighbors (rarely) or staff not being in the office when I thought they'd be available. However, the office position seems to have a high turnover rate, so I'm thinking corporate has these poor ladies running around to too many properties they can realistically manage.
Cozy, quiet, convenient location
Excellent rental property with friendly staff, variety of floorplans and affordable pricing. This apartment is a perfect location for my wife and I. We work at Fairchild AFB and it is only about a 15 minute drive to work. It is also only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Spokane and maybe 15 min to Division street. Would highly recommend to any fellow Air Force members stationed at Fairchild who are looking for a nice, quiet and cozy place to live.
