I have no complaints regarding my neighbors and its easy to get ahold of my landlord. Only real complaint is the gutters that have not been fixed after multiple attempts to have it rectified. I have spoke with neighbors that have made the same request as it will become a safety hazard because of the stairs in the winter time and it becomes very icey and slick. Otherwise, pretty satisfied overall.

People are getting away with parking in the back with expired tabs. The the snow plowing is bad. Cars get stuck.

I love the area, its pretty close to a lot of businesses in the area. I just wish the roads and parking lot were plowed in the winter more frequently. I am happy living here!

Parking is a nightmare. There’s parking spots but for some reason not everyone gets one assigned to their apartment. Most of tenants in both buildings are nice. But some are really rude and inconsiderate. The building manager is super sweet and wants to help as much as she can though, so that’s really nice.
