It's been one and a half years since moving in to Country Vista apartments. The experience was great enough that we signed another years lease after finishing our first years agreement. The management here is great, we have always felt welcomed in our space and enjoy the standards set for our environment ie the grounds upkeep as well as the amenities! It's a safe and nice place to call home. I will always appreciate my stay here.

Place was great, then I had neighbors move in downstairs thay have completely ruined my experience. Constant smoking on balcony, aggressive pounding on my floor if i am somply walking around making dinner, disfunctional cussing and yelling during the middle of the day, profanity on their doormat. Ring cameras, and this is all perfectly okay due to the landlord coming in and out of their apartment, I have seen her go in with a key. Its got to be because of being family members with whatever miserable people live in their, I wouldnt be surprised if she doesnt even make them pay rent. My roommate and I are in our early 20s both graduated from college and working corporate jobs, never ever home other than an occasional weekend and making dinner at night. But we have been portrayed as the bad guys. I wouldnt reccomend country vista apartments to anyone!!! I cant wait to move out (for my safety).
