It's alright.

super expensive where i live. Its cheaper than most places tho for the size and quality of the townhouse. Trying to get ahold of the rep is pretty difficult. She never answers and takes awhile to respawn, but its only her working there so I guess I cant be to critcal. Over its okay. Just wish it was cheaper.

Orchard townhomes

Overall this has been a great home for us. The staff is responsive and helpful. For the price, it would be nice to have some more amenities, such as a dog run or gym or each individual home has a fenced off area. Landscapers are respectfully not great. They dont clean up after themselves and its a careless job done. I’m grateful for the space we have and am overall pleased with the experience.

We love it here

We’ve enjoyed living here for the most part. Not having a fenced yard is a bummer, and parking is a bit chaotic at times, but other than that we love calling this place home.

Pleased.

Overall I really do like living here. The home is comfortable and the fixtures/finishes are high quality. When you’re in the unit you don’t really hear your neighbors which is good. I wish there was more intention around property cleanup as there have been many times where someone’s garbage blows over and garbage has been spread across the property for a long time, leaving individual tenants responsible for cleaning up other people’s garbage.
