Nice apartment, reasonable rent
I've lived here for over six months. Maintenance did not take too long when I had an issue, rent was raised at lease renewal, but it was a small, reasonable amount.

Staff absence
Leasing staff is rarely availble during business hours. I constantly see the leasing staff arriving to the office late or leaving early. Or both. There are also days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) where the office is closed and there is no notice of the closure and its not a holiday.

Location great, staff subpar
Unfortunately the property manager seems new and does not know how to properly communicate to residents. When asked for specifics, her general answer is to look at “rentcafe” for your answers. I have lived here 2 years with 2 separate property managers that where able to communicate effectively, but this newest one seems to be over her head with the responsibilities she is tasked with.

Parking is very limited. More dumpsters are needed or they need to be emptied more often.
