The overall cleanliness of apartment can improve. power wash walk ways in garage. smell like trash. Improving Amenities and Addressing Noise Concerns

I’d like to see the amenities updated, and broken items (like in the gym, fireplace) replaced. Also, there’s no Wi-Fi in the library, which could be a great addition. When referencing new neighbors, it might be helpful to ask them about noise levels and potential disruptions, as new residents often contribute to disturbances or antisocial behavior. It’s surprising how frequently this happens.

Needs Improvement

There are so many issues with this building and it is not worth the cost. They have charged ammenity fees when the gym, roof are not accessible. They have never asked the residents once for feedback.
