Best Apt in Seattle

Everything and everyone on staff at Tower 12 are the best in Seattle. The only thing I would suggest improving is the HVAC noise inside the units, which is quite loud most of the time. I lived in three different unit types.

Great place to live in - highly recommend!

I've been living in Tower 12 for 4.5 years now and I love it here. It's a great community with a very friendly and receptive management. I have never felt the need to consider moving to another community because of the safety that is offered here. The maintenance staff/management/concierge staff are very friendly and approachable. There are bi-monthly resident events + weekly workout classes/yoga classes + frequent champagne hours offered to create a welcome environment to all residents and enable them to foster friendships. The rooftop has unobstructed views of the Puget Sound and the gym is clean/well-equipped as well. The community is also very close to Pike Place and other Seattle attractions.

Elevators need to be fixed

I am currently waiting for an elevator and have been for over 15 min. I’m not being dramatic it’s been almost 20 min. This is really absurd at this point. Since I’ve lived here elevator 3 has been down. No excuse at this point as to why it hasn’t been fixed. Find a company pay them get it up and running. Please.

Dear Nesso, We understand that waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes is frustrating and tedious, especially so if it is a persistent issue. Often larger maintenance projects are often delayed due to parts pending delivery, a busy vendor schedule, pending machines/tools/specialists or other circumstances not always within the property's control. Please know that we do coordinate with our elevator vendor to resolve elevator issues, as soon as possible. They were required to turn Cab 3 off, due to the worn cables being a safety issue. They were initially scheduled to resolve this within that same month, but according to them, had to reschedule due to missing a specific machine for the replacement. We currently have them scheduled for Cab 2's cable replacement on June 24 of this month. Be aware, they will also need to do Cab 3's cable replacement at a later date. Hopefully, they will have everything necessary to complete that maintenance and will not need to switch off Cab 3 outside of performing the cable replacement. Your patience and understanding are appreciated, as we stay ahead of these issues as they occur. Please feel free to contact our office on occasion for updates and be rest assured, we do email the community as we receive definitive updates. Thank you for your cooperation.
