Lot of awesome things going for Tower12 just needs to get caught up and ahead of the maintenance issues that have developed in the last few months. The staff is awesome and all the events are really fun to go to.

Too many maintaince issues and lack of sense of urgency to get things repaired. Some items took years to correct.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. While our maintenance team is prompt and can handle many of the day to day hurdles as they come up, bigger projects require specific vendors that are all too often backlogged. The more esoteric a maintenance project is translates to fewer vendors qualified to work on an issue, which unfortunately prolongs the inconvenience to the community. We first hand understand the frustration this brings and will continue working towards a resolution for every issue that arises. Please don't hesitate to speak with the office directly regarding any of your concerns, as we want your experience to be the best it can be.
