Review by Kratin

Its been an year since Im living here, the price is good for the location although certain areas like Air conditioning is lacking especially corner apartments get heated and there is not much one can do to stop it. Even a portable AC is not much help although its not provided as yet by the apartment. The extension gym machine is broken since Idk when, its only a room so was expecting it to be up to date. Otherwise the apartments pricing is good although the interior layout is kind of weird with kitchen and living room being the same, but its okay, I like it.

Very satisfied with my experience here

I’ve been residing at PIVOT for 2 years and am incredibly pleased with my decision to call this place home. The property manager, Grant has has played a significant role in making this experience exceptional. This starkly contrasts my previous experiences with property managers in Seattle, which were quite nefarious. From the first day Grant started working here, he has shown unparalleled competence and dedication towards ensuring a positive living environment. His quick response to emergencies and willingness to promptly address any needs have significantly impacted my sense of security and comfort. What sets PIVOT apart is its well-maintained facilities and the presence of a genuinely kind and caring property manager. Grant goes above and beyond to foster community and make residents feel valued.

Great location, never want to leave

Grant is the best community manager I've ever had. He is attentive, leads the maintenance team efficiently, and proactively cleans/manages the property. I will be sad to leave if I ever have to. The property also has a great location, unbeatable and safe.

Well positioned

I have lived here for one and a half years. This place is very nice and convenient as it is within walking distance to my work, the shops, excellent restaurants, the mall, and the cinemas. Very affordable pricing considering it is located in the heart of Seattle.

Good place to live

I enjoyed living in this apartment. It has almost everything I could ask: in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, etc. I wish air conditioning units were part of the apartment. I would recommend this place to someone not looking for anything too high-end.
