Max weight 35 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow. Pets are welcome with a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet. Up-to-date vaccinations and the City of Seattle registrations are required. Cats and dogs allowed (max 2 per apartment). Monthly pet rent per pet: $35. Breed restrictions apply (see below): Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow.

Past managers (?) non existent absolutely no help. Idk about current manager but they seem to be more present than any of the past managers that have came over the years.

I've lived here for a couple years now. It's a very small and simple property. Convenient to Columbia City, Genesee Park, and the light rail. All small studios and some have lofts. Little amenities so don't expect a lot. I haven't had the greatest experience with the property management company, Bonavista Management. I'm not even sure who my property manager is right now, so it can be hard if you need anything. Hot water has gone out on multiple occasions and there's been gas leaks. No staff or maintenance on site.

Had consistent negative experiences with maintenance as they give no courtesy calls even when asked and provided a number to call. It took 3 months for my request to be completed. Previous landlords were nonexistent ignoring all emails until I reach out to other property managers. If it wasn't for the location I would not be here. This is a commuter's paradise walkable distance to healthcare, groceries, a gym, light rail, and bus stops.

i've lived here for about 2 years now, the area is nice, down the street are really nice restaurants and cafe's. super dark down the alleyway to get inside the building, i wish they had lights. no parking which is unfortunate, but the light rail station is about a 5-7 minute walk away.

Pros: Close to everything (groceries, cafes etc.), transit Only problem was maintenance will enter unit even though on the request said to contact and CALL resident before entering/when they will enter. They failed to do so, entering without any notice.
