great leasing staff
I haven't moved in yet but the leasing office has been amazing and super helpful so far. The tour was great and the rooftop view is AMAZING. A leasing agent said he has seen whales in Puget Sound from up there! Anyway, try a tour if you're interested.

I like the apartment. It's just that the maintenance team/front desk team doesn't always solve my problems, like missing grocery items, or scratches on the floor cause during a maintenance incident.

Love the amenities at Dimension. The highlight of the apartment is the amazing view from the rooftop.

I live here for four years now and will sign a new lease. I am very critic because the cost of living is important and then i expect the best, but i love the place and location except the elevators and noise sometimes outside. The new management team try to recreate a great atmosphere we had before covid. They have done a great job especially this summer;
