Love the building, maintenance needs work
The location and the building itself are of great satisfaction. The staff is friendly and helpful when you get in touch with them. Thrive bought the community within the last year. Maintenance to things like the call box, elevator, water system, and more have be precarious. Sometimes the fob system stops working. It can sometimes be difficult to get in touch without issue to get assistance. Sundays I rarely get a response. They seem to be focusing on updating the aesthetic of the property in order to charge more rent rather than the maintenance issues that have been ongoing.

Living at BB
I have only been at BB for about a month but so far it has been a good experience. The staff is very responsive and there seems to be a drive to continue bettering the place!
