Too pricey for whats offered

The units are older and have exteremly thin walls. So because of this you will hear noise all the time, especially kids screaming and crying at 4am. Managment is understaffed so phone calls are usually sent to voice mail. People get into fights in the parking lot and the parking lot is almost always filled to the brim. Ammendities break or get shut down a lot and you have to pay a down payment on a key to unlock the gym or pool. Animals are allowed but a lot of people dont take care of pet waste and its caused issues, along with that dogs end up barking randomly in the middle of the night for up to half a hour. The managment are amazing people and do their jobs the best they can, but people do not care to follow the lease and the building being older means you hear pretty much everything. Wouldnt recommend for people who need to be able to sleep through the night or dont like children, expect to see a lot of kids playing around and possible breaking rules and damage your car. Amazing employees and team. Still not the best apartments you can find in South Hill.

Love this place

We have lived here at Alderra for about 5 months and absolutely love it. I normally have no problem parking and there is not a lot of noise. Maintenance is very quick to respond and Amanda and Taylor in the office are always very nice and informative. Overall would recommend this place
