We been here 2 years and because the office staff keep changing everything keeps changing, Which I find messed up. So from the time we moved here we where told about being on a list to get a closer parking and a bottom floor. Here your staff has been nothing but rude as they talk with much disrespect especially Dominic. This property lets anyone park in handicap parking with no consequences. When talking to staff they get loud and rude and just tells you "well we are new so new rules apply:. IDC about the rules but the law states that you cant park in a handicap parking without a plaque. Your custodians can be rude as well but most times are helpful. I know I had fallen behind a little but we can never predict death. We like it here and hope to stay here longer just hoping you can make some great adjustments to the property.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for 3 months now and love it. Love the area and community, its right by a couple restaurants and the Puyallup River Trail is in our backyard!! Parking is a bit tricky after 6:00pm but other than that we love this apartment. Also has a great gym/sauna/pool which we love to use. If you are looking for an affordable place with lots of amenities look no further!

There was a bit of deception let me first moved in not happy with the apartment came in with my own carpet cleaner and clean the carpet and it was filthy there is no water pressure and I don’t think the washers and dryer’s work correctly
