Christine ( leasing agent) is great! Moved in May 15, 2024. She helped me out with the details with patience and kindness. My place is quiet , nice and clean. Got an assigned parking spot right next to my apt. Walgreens & Safeway are close by. Very nice location. Quick maintenance response -got my window blind fixed .

I love it here!!

I moved to One Canyon Place a month ago, and so far it has been a great experience!! Christine and Jennifer were so helpful with the application and move in process. I did not have the ability to tour my apartment prior to moving in due to my schedule. They answered all my questions I had through email promptly and thoroughly! I submitted a service request for a free items after moving in and maintenance was quick to fix all my requests. Will left a copy of the work order with all his notes on what he fixed. It is very obvious the team here takes a lot of pride in their community and care for their residents. Their hard work is very much appreciated. Highly recommend One Canyon Place Apartments!!
