It’s Quiet trees and yard is kept up. Clean office and gym.

When I moved in my rent was less than $900 a month. The first year we went up 30%. Today 10 years later it's over double. When I've asked why the response is it's the going rate. When I first moved in I didn't pay for parking now it's $25 a month to have a parking spot. Rent is going up again. Unfortunately wages don't go with it. Clearly this apartment complex doesn't want people renting from them.

Great location, quiet, affordable. However, had a few car break ins with homeless trespassing the property and bypassing gate.
