The building itself is in good condition and the staff are amazing especially Brandon he always has a smile on his face and brings a positive attitude whenever i see him and is very helpful, the lounge has a pool table, TV , and comfortable couches with wifi in good conditions.

Ideal living

Great place to live as a young adult. Not crazy pricy or luxurious but cozy and has everything you need. Accessibility is nice and parking is secure. Building itself is secure with no need to worry. A little older of a vibe but pet friendly and haven't met a rude tenant yet.

Huge improvement

Brandon has been a great addition to 77 central. Prior to him the property did not feel managed at all. Now we can see that there is significant effort to catch up on areas that have been neglected through out the property. He is receptive to feedback and takes action quickly and completely. From what I can see he does all of this with a friendly and compassionate approach. I’m sure that there is much more that he does that goes unseen so I hope he is recognized for his efforts. It is truly a night and day difference to how the property and people are cared for. Thank you Brandon!
