Great location

Improving - went through a difficult phase of incompetent staff. After many complaints significant effort to bring to high standards again.

Positive, but amenities paid for need to be there.

3 years coming up. The current staff is working hard to get the property back to where it was when I moved in. The hot tub still is empty even during warm weather..but now the office and maintenance are working hard and I hope Cushman Wakefield will support them, provide competitive wages as the complex lost some other capable people who moved to places where compensation was better. Whoever took over at corporate Cushman Wakefield was really cutting corners back during the transfer--and it showed.. We are all fortunate to have the current staff, office and maintenance.

Not the nest

The care and upkeep of the facilities is less than positive…i.e., garbage removal, trash chutes, hot tub, basic management! It has gone downhill ever since I moved in 4 years ago!

The BEST property on Mercer Island

We have been at this property for almost 4 years. Stacy, the property manager, has been nothing but exceptional in accommodating our needs and making our stay here as effortless and pleasant as possible. The maintenance staff is also more than qualified and the building is always in immaculate condition. They promptly fulfill work orders and are very communicative and respectful. The management addresses any issues that arise in a timely manner and it is mostly quiet here. VERY appreciative of the staff here!
