Perfect Location

We just started living at 77 central apartment for a month but we love it and already thinking about extending our lease next year. Neighborhood and neighbors are quiet but so close to the highway so if you want more crowd its only less than 10 mins away.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Apartment

Beautiful property and amazing location right in the middle of downtown Mercer Island, and walking distance to everything! Apartment itself was well maintained and the facilities are awesome! Very professional management staff as well!

Lots of maintenance issues

Residents complain they don't have heat in their units, and it won't be fixed for over six weeks. Last night, the fire alarm went off three times, evacuating the building. The fire department told us it was a faulty alarm system in need of maintenance.
