Tower 801 violations

Thought I’d take a quick walk during lunch to recharge—turns out, not possible in this building. Why? Because, surprise surprise, the elevator’s not working. And as I stood near the elevator buttons, I could hear a faint fire alarm going off. So yeah… no elevator and a barely functioning fire alarm. You might be the last one to know there’s a fire in the building. Top-tier facilities, clearly. Just putting it out here, their amenities room have been closed since before 2022. I bet it’s not going to open up this year as well since they’re struggling to keep even the basic stuff functioning properly. They did make sure to send an email to tenants saying that they’re opening up so that the tenants renew the lease. Also, they did do a kitchen renovation project last year because they were constantly having leaks, but that’s also on your money. You won’t get drinking water or kitchen for a week. They might make you almost beg for the $50 voucher a day… we all know that $50 for an entire day isn’t enough (with no water even) Also, there's no clean water in this apartment. If you are living here and not using a filter, good luck with your health. I spend $15-$55 every month here for clean water. “Tower 801 violations” is the actual name of the building.

Pretty solid!

Very spacious homes that actually seem designed fir living and not just to cram as many units into a building as possible. Newly renovated and very clean. Maintenance takes a day or so to fix problems but overall pretty responsive.
