Pretty solid!

Very spacious homes that actually seem designed fir living and not just to cram as many units into a building as possible. Newly renovated and very clean. Maintenance takes a day or so to fix problems but overall pretty responsive.

It has been good so far. Garbage system can be improved, lots of un-important communications (mainly emails) can be reduced.

Actual caring Staff managed and maintained. Phones answered.

Many of the 'luxury' towers in the neighborhood, have a more inflated cost and they still don't pick up the phone. This place is a rare find where a person still answers the phone. Caring, genuine, invaluable staff team.
