Outlook
Generally, most residents are nice; some of them simply refused to put their personal household trash into the container. They leave it on the ground in front of the trash bin, birds poke the trash open, creating an unsanitary situation for others. Stiff rules need to be put in place to fix such mess before it gets worse. Property management is incredibly professional and respectful. They respond to calls pretty well and take care of any issues regarding maintenance appropriately. Speeding cars, blowing horns, during late nights is becoming concerning. Management needs to address this problem and try to fix it.
Living at cost for what it is
Inexpensive but u get what u pay for. I like the real wood fireplace
It’s better than nothing
Not at all as advertised. Place needs serious repairs, environment is loud, agrressive people, violence, just all around not “serene”.
Great Place to Live
I've lived at Serene Village for over 9 years now and like most places, it has its usual share of common problems, however, it's a great place to live! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to major freeways, many restaurants and the Alderwood Mall within a 10 minute drive. The current manager is a great lady; she has always taken care of my needs, is nice to speak with and truly an asset to her company! The same goes for the maintenance team, they are always on top of things and willing to do whatever is needed to make my living experience great. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone!
