Decent price, great place.

I lived about 13 months in the Carter on the Park. Pros: Great maintenance, amenities. Almost 0 problem about plumbing. Cons: If you have late morning routine, you need to reconsider. the noise from garbage trucks and parking space gate are so loud that I sometime awake at midnight even I lived on 5th floor. If you don't bother at noise problem, this is the perfect place to you.

Great location but a bit pricy

I love living in Bell totem lake. The community is really clean and decent. The staff are helpful and responsive. The price of the rent is a bit high so we need to budge it carefully.

Nice place but way too expensive

The location is pretty good, although the area has gotten quite overcrowded lately. The apartments and amenities are impressive as well. Unfortunately with the skyrocketing prices of literally everything, paying a total monthly rent of 2 grand every single month (which is significantly more than most mortgage payments I've researched) has become untenable, so I won't be renewing my lease here.
