I haven't lived in an apartment in a very long time so this was an adjustment. I have really enjoyed the lifestyle of being able to walk everywhere in minutes. The staff is amazing and really make living here that much better. I love the gym and that there is a dog washing station. I wish the parking was better. I have a large SUV and park next to a large white pole and have already scraped the side of my car. The noise sometimes bothers me but I'm getting used to it. Overall, its a great place to live.

Love, love, love Vela ... amazing amenities, highly professional staff, accessible parking, and an apartment that is out of this world. Vela living gives us gorgeous views of Lake Washington in a light, bright, spacious space that suits us down to the ground. We've always been single-family home dwellers, and we are so glad we made the leap to luxury apartment living. Our family members love visiting, walking downtown Kirkland along the lake, and enjoying great food at wonderful restaurants that are moments away. Walking trails abound, close by, so we can enjoy rain or shine. We love to stay home ... take a cocktail to the rooftop deck, kick back, grill a steak, and savor the view! Vela is our forever home!

Vela is a remarkable property. Nestled in the heart of downtown Kirkland, it's a pleasure to live in this gorgeous apartment with spectacular views of Lake Washington. Wonderful appliances, well-designed space, and terrific staff ... couldn't ask for more. We have been here two days and it's already home.
