Amazing Location, Great Staff, Clean Building
Nothing bad to say about our unit or this building. The location is perfect, just blocks away from Lake Washington, parks, and plenty of shops and stores. The staff is small but mighty. I believe there is only one person on the maintenance team, yet if we have a need for a maintenance issue (which is rare) it is fixed within a day! The office is always available for a call or in-person meeting, even on Saturdays. Plenty of fun community events and free food. You can't go wrong with Voda and the most importantly the central cooling.
Unresponsive management
Management is completely unresponsive and cannot complete the simplest of requests.
Great place to live
Great place to live, people are nice and the location is also awesome!
Voda - services declining
The Voda Apartments located in downtown Kirkland are in a fantastic location. It is wonderful to be able to walk to so many shops and restaurants. However, services have been on a steady decline since the building filled up. Office hours reduced or randomly closed, major maintenance issues where the builder cut corners (trash chutes, elevators, call boxes). Initially, there were social activities scheduled that helped everyone get to know their neighbors, but I guess that was just part of the sales cycle. There is no written service commitment, so with the revolving door of property managers, no consistency. It is a shame
