Demi and I have been here since Autumn of 2020, moving here from a lovely condo on Bainbridge. We revisit our decision each year before we sign a new lease and we take inventory of the pros and cons of living at Uptown. Each year we've decided that this is one of the nicest places to live we've ever had, on a long list of very nice places. From the Leed-certification, to the free charging for my Tesla, the walkability of the neighborhood, our view, the effective heat pumps, the many close restaurants, the physical security of the building, the gym, the package handling, and the rooftop grills under catenary lights, the value-for-dollar is unmatched. Despite frequent evaluations, we have not found any other complex that can compare. The staff, especially, are responsive, highly competent, and unfailingly cheerful, and our occasional maintenance issues that crop up in daily living have been fixed rapidly and well. Overall, a very appealing place to live. // Eric

Hunter has been a great, property management. At first I was annoyed it changed. But, he is so professional and gets things or requests done fast and reliable. Being in PM for years, he has so much potential to move up the ladder. He has a lot of qualities that I would hire him in a moment.
